Registration and Fee

Registration

Participants must be over 18 years old.

 

Registration for the International Summer School is possible from January, 15th onwards. Registration forms (course and accommodation) can be down loaded here.

 

In order to register participants must send by post to the contact address (it is not possible to register by internet, e-mail, fax or telephone!):

  • a fully completed registration form (registration) with photo
  • in case you want, a fully completed form (reservation for accommodation) with photo
  • a copy of the bank transfer statement (€ 495)
  • a copy of the valid passport or identity card

 

Once all documents have been received, participants receive written confirmation by post together with all information concerning the organisation and the events of the course, accommodation, etc.

 

Fee

The fee for the International Summer School is € 495. The fee must be paid in full before participants can be registered, into the following bank account of Heidelberg University:

Any bank transfer fee must be met by the participant. In the case of withdrawal after 1st July, the registration fee (€ 110) will be withheld.

 

The Summer School fee covers:

15th June, 2010 or if the course is filled to capacity (500).
